Our company bears the name of its founder, Raymond E. Kelley, who began as a waterproofing contractor in 1932. Within a few years, Kelley added masonry restoration and caulking to its growing list of services. Since the firm had quickly become an expert in its field, manufacturers were eager to work closely with Raymond E. Kelley, Inc. in developing new products and methods of application. Kelley also became increasingly involved as a consultant to architectural and engineering firms.

Diversification continued as the company adapted its proven techniques for use on commercial and industrial floors, parking ramps and bridge decks. While assessing building problems, the experts at Kelley often encountered deteriorated window sashes that had resulted from deteriorating masonry and age. The next logical expansion step for Kelley was in the window replacement field.

Raymond E. Kelley, Inc. is a charter member of the Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWRI), which was founded in 1976. The SWRI is widely recognized throughout the industry for its standards of excellence and reliable endorsement of high-quality products and innovative processes.

Over the years, Kelley has diversified to include all aspects of exterior façade maintenance. The management team of Ronald C. Schlegel, President and Donald J. Warda, Vice-President expects the building restoration and maintenance business to expand, as more and more commercial buildings require the rehabilitation services that Raymond E. Kelley, Inc. can provide. As we tell our clients:

“Your business is inside your building.
Our business is your building.”
